An incredibly disappointing experience from start to finish.
The staff looked like they didnt want to be there from the moment we stepped in. They were dismissive in their tone. We were not given menus and instead had to get them ourselves, which set the tone for the rest of the visit.
Service was painfully slow and completely disorganised. It took far too long for anyone to even take our order, and then we waited almost 45 minutes for what was, at best, very average food. There was nothing about this meal that justified such a lengthy wait.
To top it off, when it came time to pay, the staff member couldn't even split the bill correctly. It was another unnecessary delay caused by a lack of competence.
The menu is already very limited and its obvious why - they can barely cope with the small selection they already offer. If this is all they can manage, they seriously need to improve their organisation and service standards.
If youre looking for somewhere to grab a lunch during a work break, avoid this place. The delays alone make it completely unsuitable. The poor service, mediocre food certainly dont make up for it. There are far better places just a few steps away that actually value their customers time and money.

Waiting times
Fabulous restaurant. Newly opened. Excellent fresh fish beautifully cooked and served from an open kitchen. Decor amazing. Will 100% return next time in Naas .
I genuinely hate leaving any negative reviews, but I felt it necessary to alert others in Naas of my experience. Very disappointing here today for Friday Lunch. Upon arrival, I walked past the owner who was seated saying hello, but didn’t receive any acknowledgement or response at all.
Inside, only two staff members were covering a busy lunch service, who were left running around trying to catch up on orders etc. Two ladies beside me were calling over to the staff who were very apologetic.
I sat down and to give the benefit of the doubt, I changed table in front of the owner still no menu hello anything from anybody. I waited patiently for another 15 minutes and called it quits.
When I called a little while after, staff admitted they were understaffed. They asked where I was sitting inside. When I told them I had left and was sitting directly near the entrance, they said I should have called them over. In hospitality, the customer should not have to chase staff to initiate basic service. To be clear, the two staff seemed incredibly friendly with patrons and the manager on the phone was more than apologetic. Having seen similar reviews, this doesn’t appear to be an isolated issue.
I’m very disappointed as this venue has so much potential, being right beside the newly established car park. The quality of food being served to some nearby tables seemed very nice and the atmosphere was nice. I hope this feedback can be used as a helpful reminder for future guests that management need to be more hands on, ensuring adequate staffing levels. I wish the business the best going forward and hope this can be taken as constructive feedback. If I see positive reviews reflecting good experiences, I would be happy to return and give you a second try.
